How do I change my address for the Strategic Outlier™ mailings?
To update your address, complete the address change form on this page: Inner Circle Address Change — Make sure to enter the email address associated with your Inner Circle membership and complete each field. If a field does not apply (e.g. Address 2 if you don’t have a second line in your mailing address), simply enter “N/A” in the field. Please update your address as soon as you are aware of the change to avoid delays in delivery.
How do I update the credit card used for membership billing?
To update your credit card, follow these quick steps:
- Click Here to Log In and once logged in click on the “My Account” tab.
- Click the link “Update my billing information” and then click to “Add credit card”.
- Once the new card has been added, send a quick email to [email protected] with the last 4 digits of the new card and a request to use that card for future Inner Circle payments.
Where’s my issue of the Strategic Outlier™ Letter?
The Strategic Outlier™ Letter is sent as a bulk mailing to all of our members at once, which sometimes can take longer than standard shipping times. In addition, local postal practices and/or customs may delay delivery to recipients outside the U.S.
Each month’s issue is mailed out in the first week of that month. Our U.S. members generally receive that issue by the 15th of the month, while our international members can expect delivery by the last day of the month. If you have not received your issue by these timeframes, please contact our Support Department at [email protected] with the month of the issue you are missing. Make sure to note any recent address changes. Our Support Department can verify that the issue was mailed to you and send a second time if needed.
Note that if you signed up as a member after the 20th of the month, the first issue in your membership will not be mailed until the 15th of the following month (in our second mailing) because our first mailing will have already processed. However our welcome package with the inaugural issue should arrive within a week of enrolling (within the US) or within three weeks of enrolling (outside the US).
How do I order back issues of the Strategic Outlier™ letter?
If there are issues of the Strategic Outlier™ that were mailed before the start of your membership, don’t worry! All past issues are available to members on this page: Strategic Outlier Back Issues (To access this page as a current member, just contact our Support Department at [email protected] to request the password.)

Is there a digital version for the Strategic Outlier™ Letter?
If you haven’t received your first issue yet, the Strategic Outlier™ Letter is a 16-page print newsletter and is delivered in a large black envelope with silver lettering. We currently do not have a digital or PDF version available. The print-only format reflects the more serious and durable nature of the ideas Victor shares within, which are not ideas he publishes anywhere on the Internet.

How do I cancel my Inner Circle membership?
We have a suspension option that allows you to suspend your membership and payments for three months. This could be a useful option if you will be traveling or are facing a short-term financial challenge. After three months, your membership will be reinstated and continue. To take advantage of this option, contact [email protected] with your request.
