How to Pass the BCG Online Case & Chatbot Interview
The recruiting process at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) begins with a traditional cover letter and resume and ends with multiple rounds of case interviews. Between the beginning and end, there is often a middle step added. Because it is extremely labor intensive for BCG to provide the staff to give live case interviews, BCG typically uses some kind of computer-based interview process (BCG Online Case) that doesn’t involve taking otherwise billable hours to interview candidates that are unlikely to pass the case interview.
In many offices, BCG is currently using an online case via a chatbot for this purpose.
This online assessment test consists of case questions asked by a chatbot that help BCG to assess your quantitative skills as well as qualitative skills like judgment and reasoning.
